Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Let Solve It, we value transparency and fairness. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for our services.

Service Deposits & Payments

  • Some projects may require an upfront deposit before work begins.

  • Full payment is due as agreed in the service contract or invoice.

Cancellations

  • Before Work Begins: Clients may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund of deposits.

  • After Work Begins: If a project is canceled after work has started, only unspent or unused portions of the fee may be refunded. Work already completed will be billed accordingly.

  • Training Services: Training cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date for a refund. Later cancellations may be non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us. We aim to resolve issues through revisions, consultations, or goodwill adjustments where possible.

Refunds

  • Web Design & Development: Refunds are not available once design concepts, drafts, or development work have been delivered.

  • Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Due to the nature of ads and marketing spend, refunds cannot be provided for campaigns already launched or ad budgets spent.

  • IT Solutions & Consultancy: Refunds are not available once services have been delivered.

Non-Refundable Items

Domain names, hosting, software licenses, ad spend, or third-party tools purchased on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
